Introduction

By scheduling a service with WPSOnPoint, you (the β€œClient”) agree to the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all services provided by Zach Weber, operating as WPSOnPoint, including notarial acts, loan signings, Remote Online Notarization (RON), mobile notary services, and process serving.

1. Scope of Services

WPSOnPoint provides the following services:

  • General Notarial Acts
  • Loan Document Signings (Notary Signing Agent)
  • Remote Online Notarization (RON)
  • Mobile Notary Services
  • Process Serving

All services will be conducted professionally, ethically, and in compliance with Washington State law.

2. Payment Terms

Fees will be disclosed prior to service. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit card, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Not sign any documents before the appointment unless instructed to do so
  • Present a valid, government-issued photo ID
  • Ensure all documents are complete and ready for signing
  • Have all required parties and witnesses present at the scheduled time (unless prior arrangements have been made)
4. Cancellations and No-Shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 2 hours in advance. No-show appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee to cover time and travel.

5. Legal Limitations

WPSOnPoint is not a law firm and Zach Weber is not an attorney. I do not provide legal advice, explain documents, or answer legal questions. Clients are encouraged to consult an attorney before signing any legal paperwork.

6. Confidentiality

All client information is treated with strict confidentiality and never shared, sold, or disclosed without consent, except when legally required.

7. Refusal of Service

WPSOnPoint reserves the right to refuse service if:

  • The signer is intoxicated, impaired, or otherwise unable to sign knowingly and willingly
  • The signer lacks proper identification
  • Coercion or duress is suspected
  • Documents are incomplete or appear fraudulent
